What this is. What it isn’t.
FAIR Toolkit is a free educational diagnostic built by Armi Noorata. Read this once before using it in a real decision.
What this tool is
FAIR Toolkit helps HR, Total Rewards, and People Operations leaders think about their compensation system. It surfaces patterns, names archetypes, and suggests where to look first. That is its whole job.
What it isn't
- It is not legal advice.
- It is not HR advice tailored to your specific organization.
- It is not compensation consulting, classification determination, or pay-equity audit.
- Results are reflective prompts, not prescriptions you should act on without further diligence.
Your responsibility
Compensation decisions touch employment law. Depending on jurisdiction that can include the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Equal Pay Act, state and local wage-and-hour laws, pay-transparency rules, works council obligations, and others. If you are about to act on something this toolkit surfaced, talk to qualified employment counsel or a licensed compensation professional first.
You are solely responsible for any decision you make after using FAIR Toolkit. This tool does not exercise professional judgment for you.
Privacy
Your responses to the Full Diagnostic, Quick Check, and Working Session stay in your browser’s localStorage. Nothing is sent to a server. Clear your browser data and your answers are gone. No account, no email capture, no analytics on your diagnostic content.
No warranty
FAIR Toolkit is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. There is no guarantee that using the toolkit will produce any particular business outcome for your team, your company, or your numbers.
